TAO is a collective of local artists committed to producing high quality theater. TAO's focus is on producing materials that are thematically more provocative, and interpretations of classics more experimental than generally found in the Olympia area. Our mission is to present creative theatrical pieces that are under-represented in the community.

Meeting called to order at 7:42 p.m.

Treasurer’s Report

Need to get Tim Goebel and Josh Anderson’s signatures on bank account. Reimbursement checks need to go out still. Not all revenue for Reefer Madness in bank, not all reimbursements reportable.

IRS 501-c3: never grossed over 25K, e-filing okay.

Annual nonprofit report to Secretary of State completed.

Need to change documentation address to Tim Goebel.

Half of rental for Romeo and Juliet needs to be paid.

Tim and Jim will work in tandem to transition into new board position and responsibilities.

Need to establish a PO box at main Olympia branch—Jefferson St.

Need to send thank you to Catherine Dawdy for $50 donation.
